Ballarat Steiner School, Kindergarten & Playgroup

The Steiner School has a morning and afternoon service with Davis Bus Company public buses.

 

The morning bus departs Lt. Bridge St. at 8.30am with Graeme our very helpfull and friendly driver.

 

The bus can be caught from any stop along Sturt St. then Drummond St.,Skipton and Albert Sts Sebastopol. It then travels directly to the school and on to the University.

A roster of parents accompany the children on this bus.

 

In the afternoon, the bus picks up first from the school and may pick up other passengers, then all the children get off at the L.T.Fraser Reserve near the playground in Main Rd.  The children travel alone in the afternoon.

 

The bus has been a huge success, over 20 students from prep. to six use the bus service daily, Resulting in very few cars at the school and a great saving in time and fuel.

 

Ordinary bus fares apply which can be fully refunded through the conveyance allowance scheme.
